DOPS

Database of organic pollutants in the river systems of the Slovak Republic.

The database contains three main sets of data:

1. Target compounds - data from target analyses of organic pollutants from the list of Priority pollutants of the Slovak Republic (Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute).
2. Screening - data from screening analyses of unknown organic pollutants by mass spectrometry techniques.
3. NIST made or commercially available libraries of mass spectra.
